Undated layouts. More flexibility.
This year’s planner comes undated and includes a custom date dot sticker set, so you can drop dates into your layouts exactly where you need them.
The sticker set includes date dots for every month and week (yep – 24 months total), so you can customize your layouts and start your planning year whenever it makes sense for your program.
Whether you’re the adviser who plans in June or the one who waits until August (no judgment), this planner works on your timeline. Want to skip spring break entirely? Go for it!
Why the change?
Last year, tariffs made it impossible to get planners produced at a feasible production cost. An undated format means I can re-order this year’s planner next year, which keeps costs *significantly* lower, which makes the planner more affordable for you. 🙂

You know how this works better than anyone. Planner production is really similar to yearbook production.
Your students pre-order their yearbook because that’s how you determine your print run. You can’t just guess and hope for the best. Same deal here.
The undated layout means you’re not stuck if your planner arrives in May but you don’t crack it open until August. Nothing is wasted. But the print run is a one-shot deal. Once I submit that number, that’s what gets made.
So: your planner is now more flexible. The printer is not. 
There may be a handful of extra copies available once they arrive, as I always order a few extra to cover printing errors or shipping issues, but the only way to guarantee a planner lands on your desk is to order one now.

Planners are slated to ship out mid-May, so you can start planning for next school year as early as you want! (But we fully encourage you to soak up your summer as much as possible. You’ve earned it.)
Sure thing. Shoot an email to [email protected] with your district’s tax-exempt form and I’ll send you a private link to purchase without tax. (This is often what you need to submit the purchase for reimbursement, too.)
Email subscribers: If you’re on the email list, you’ve been sent a coupon for 10% off. Check your inbox.
Pressly members: If your school has a Pressly membership, you’ve been sent a coupon for 15% off via email.
Bulk orders (5+): Ordering five or more planners? You qualify for a bulk discount and can save on shipping. This is a great option for group purchases, gifts, or yearbook industry companies who want to provide the planner as a resource to their customers. Email [email protected] for details.
There may be a small number of extra copies available after March 31, but I can’t guarantee it. The final print quantity is submitted to the printer on March 31 based on pre-orders. Just like yearbooks — if you want one, pre-order. That’s the only way to guarantee a copy.
Many advisers do! If your district requires a tax-exempt purchase for reimbursement, email [email protected] with your tax-exempt form and we’ll set you up with a private purchase link. You can also use a school purchasing card at checkout.
